How to connect?

STEP 1 Join the Web Conference by submitting the form at the bottom of this page, then proceed to Step 2 (you MUST call in, web conference does not come with audio).

Once you join the Web Conference,
You can adjust the viewing area by clicking on Full Screen/Normal or using the Slider Control on the top panel
Use the web conference chat feature to ask questions. That way, everyone can get the questions clearly and we can avoid many people trying to speak at once.

         STEP 2 Join the Conference Call

Once you join the Conference Call,
Stay on mute when you don’t have to speak for best call quality. Hit 6 to mute. Hit 6 again to unmute and speak. You may also use your phone’s mute feature.
You can also use the web conference chat feature to ask questions.

If you can see the instructor's desktop and listen to the phone line, you are all set!
