Requirements Inc. is seeking Business Analyst Instructors to work on an independent-contractor basis. If you have relevant teaching and business analyst work experience, we want to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Deliver business analyst courses in public, open enrollment programs and at client sites. * Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for course development or client customized training. * Apply BA knowledge and skills to address client needs. * Conduct assessments of business analysis environments to develop recommendations for increasing maturity. Apply BA knowledge and skills to address client needs * May participate on engagement teams to deliver consulting services in field of expertise. Required Skills: * A minimum of five years of hands-on business analyst experience for significant IT projects * Strong knowledge and understanding of requirements engineering concepts, product management, and modeling * At least 3 years of experience as a professional instructor * Ability to work as an independent contractor * A thorough understanding of software engineering and Rational Unified Process * The ability to articulate the core project management processes and how they apply to business analysis activities;model and teach effective facilitation skills; plan and manage meetings using various meeting tools and techiniques. * Training/facilitation experience and an engaging presentation style * IIBA Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification preferred * Willingness to travel To apply, please email your resume to jobs@requirementsinc.com quoting the position you are applying for.
