Sri is the Founder/CEO of Requirements Inc and is the creator of the Business Analyst Workshop program. He brings in his personal experience and success in terms of non-IT folks getting into IT.

When he started his career in 2001 as a Business Analyst, there was no formal education / training for business analysis available. He considers himself a self-taught non-IT person (having background in Mechanical Engineering) who has managed to build a career in IT using Business Analysis as the path of entry. Having gone through the struggles and success himself, he understands the career aspirations of an IT beginner that can be both exciting and daunting. He has mentored, first hand, hundreds of candidates establish an IT career and can bring in that experience to guide you!

He holds a Master of Science Degree from The State University of New York (SUNY), University at Buffalo, Amherst, NY. He pursued his Bachelors in Engineering at IRT Tech, Erode, India and his entire schooling was in Don Bosco, Egmore, Chennai, India.

He is an accomplished agile practitioner as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and SAFe 4.5 Leading SAFe Agilist. His work history of 17+ years and experience as a Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master and a Developer gives him a unique vantage point in delivering large scale IT systems. He has helped several clients in the Financial Regulation, Primary/Secondary Mortgage, Healthcare, Bioinformatics/Genetics, Logistics, Market Research and Retail/E-Commerce domains.

He is interested in anything web-based, specifically IoT, SaaS, digital entrepreneurship and e-commerce. He is passionate about soccer and an his new found excitement is in gardening.
