Ability to Communicate Well
All of your skills as a business analyst will be futile if you can’t communicate. This includes all forms of communication, written and oral alike. A good business analyst learns to write and speak succinctly and clearly in a well crafted tone that suits the audience they want to reach. Choose examples in your background when you used your communication skills in leadership role. Think of those times you were able to lead important meetings, presented difficult materials in front of the executives, wrote a complicated document, or delivered a speech.
